Miserable up and down weight experience. After a full week on the road I gained weight and after a week at home I'm back to where I was. So I bought a portable scales so I can weigh myself in the hotel room. I don't think that solves the problem, but it will help keep me focused. FOUR VERY HARD POUNDS TO GO! :-)
182.6 lb Lost so far: 18.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

I think you have actually had a great deal of success. I looked back at your weight history, and 182.6 is where you were a year ago, prior to the weight gains that you have made such a good effort in taking off and then keeping off. I think the fluctuations you are having now are likely the sort of fluctuations that arise from working to maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle. This is very good. I feel similarly stuck just a few pounds above my goal. I think that I will not be able to move past that threshold until I can make a shift that maintains my current healthy efforts while integrating a new healthful addition to my efforts. Until I figure out what that change is, I think I will have the same sorts of fluctuations of +/- 2% of total body weight.
