Ok so im trying to get the hang of using this protein shake. Note to self: USE SOYMILK with the mix, NOT water. It was the nastiest thing uurghh lol.
267.8 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 107.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week

What kind of protein shake are you drinking? I am so afraid to try soymilk. Does it taste a lot like regular milk?
