Mentally I'm in a kind of plateau right now and that translates to the scale. Positive of that is I see for a little bit what I can eat and maintain my weight. Negative side is lack of progress towards where I want to get. Hoping to buckle down this week, it only happens if I make it happen. Got to do better with the mental side of this.  Thanks for the support, have a great weekend too. :)

Hi Jim! At least you're not gaining, & that's a great thing itself. You've done great so far, & maybe you just needed a little "vacation". I just got below 250, where I've been stuck for months, even with pool therapy twice a week. It can be so frustrating I know, but just stick with it & eventually you will see the pounds dropping again. Skinny Hugs, GLAMMER
