Down .4 which is a relief. Hoping to be under 210 my next Monday. I should hit it fairly easily unless a few friends stop by unexpectedly. Maybe I should text them and let them know I am enjoying a peaceful vacation in Yemen! Lol.

So I guess my body has adjusted from my increase in water intake.

EDUCATION AND OR MOTIVATION WITHOUT APPLICATION IS WORSE THAN WORTHLESS.

His belief is that you can educate yourself but if you don't apply what you learned, you may as well not even learn it.

I have several people like Draglist that I have learned quite a lot from so thank you Draglist and you others that share ideas and successes!

You will do it! Yes you will! I'm putting a lot of stress on myself--hoping to lose a little over three pounds by Monday. Yeah, that's a bit much, almost impossible, but when you are so close to your first goal--you can't help it, right? You are doing great and you will keep doing great!
