What a great week to turn back around from the minor gain last week. I feel good and am happy with my progress thus far. I'm almost seeing the light...I hope next week is a big week for me too! Just a few more to go :-)

Goals for Next Week:
- Exercise 5x
- Drink lots of water
- 25g+ Fiber intake
- Continue focusing on abs/core
- Drop 2lbs
