Learn something new everyday. Your journal prompted me to look up creatine before I commented. In addition to legally enhancing athletic performance, it is supposed to also help with depression and high cholesterol and a few other things. Maybe I should be taking it too.

Creatine absorption is increased with blood sugar spike. Creatine x3 my... hmmm, have to look that up, is loaded with dextrose. That water absorption is what I attribute the slight bump to be from. We'll see what happens in the morning.

Is the dextrose a part of the creatine or something added by the manufacturer?
