I was a bit disapointed, I was hoping for more after all the fiber I've been eating...but I am afraid that since WW does lower the points for fiber, I may be increasing my calories...which defeats the purpose.

Although I'll still lose...torn.

I just want to get below the 200 mark!!

hmmm...if you are plateau-ing try something new - like workouts during a different part of the day or splitting your workout time into two sessions during the day. Are you getting enough water? That seems to be the secret sometimes...I wish you well - hang in there!

I just thought of this - have you considered changing what plan you are following? Per my WW leader you can switch between core and flex as long as you do it a complete week at a time (not day to day). If you are on flex, maybe a week or two on core would help?

are you drinking enough water with your fiber? I learned this a few months back.. water is everything. I had signed up at my gym for a 6 week plan, diet and personal trainer 3 times a week for six weeks. WIth this plan i had to drink an insane amount of water, so 3 days before the diet /workout actually started, i started to increase my water. I used to drink about 2-3 glasses , but with this diet i had to drink more like 10-11. HUGE jump. SO i had some practice runs before Monday and in JUST doing that, i lost like 3 lbs over the weekend. NOTHING else has changed. SO..drink up!!

I do need to up my water. We get free sodas at my office, so I'm a diet coke addict. The sodium alone in the seven or eight I drink a day is probably horrible. Not to mention all the other junk!
