So it seems that the retained water (or whatever it was) is coming off - I am a whopping 1.8 kgs(!) lighter than yesterday morning. Of course, that means my fat percentage is higher (simple math will tell you that this is obvious, unless I lost 1.8 kgs of fat), but no matter. I am glad I am lighter, been waiting for this for ages. I just hope that I won't climb back up again tomorrow.
Life is good!
214.5 lb Lost so far: 127.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
