Really guys and gals ... I must have the biggest fluctuation range of anyone on fatsecret!! 3.4 lbs? LOL!!!

I managed to avoid the snack monster last night. Went to bed HUNGRY ... and peed my heart out!!

My five for today ...

1. Moose
2. Coffee (Cindy it's true I am ALWAYS grateful for it!!!)
3. pictures we took in Oregon are finally framed (did a gangster theme)
4. A 4 day work week
5. my colleagues at work

MomofTwoGirls: If you go to "diet calendar" it gives you a summary of your calories for the day, both consumed and those expended on the exercise diary!! It's probably an estimate at best ... but it helps me!!

Ok thanks. I know about the diet calendar thing, but it always seems to be so wacky on mine. I mean, it says I've burned x amount of calories before I even put anything in. Then I'll put in that I ran for 30 minutes, and it barely goes up..... Great loss by the way!!! Your doing great!

After I spent 8 days in Disney World recently, I came back to a 6-pound gain! Now that was unsettling! :-) But yours was a loss, so that is much better. Now, what is your #1 exactly about--Moose? I know it's your FS name, but I'm confused. Does it mean you are putting yourself first today? (good) As a new buddy, I need to know! lol

haha!!! YES!! I love everything about coffee! aw the smell, take it hot, cold, black, creamed ohmy! and okay now, whats w/ moose?? lol fyi I can't live w/out mousse w/ these curls!

I used to fluctuate like that BIG time before being diagnosed with the food sensitivities. I would literally gain 4 pounds from a single slice of pizza! I always thought it was just me but it was my body reacting to what was not being digested properly. The doc I go to says the same holds true for her from a single slice of bread-3 pounds over night. I think we all have certain things that drive spikes-be it hormones, certain foods, salts etc...

Dawn: Interesting about the food sensitivies and the spikes ... something to keep in mind. Moose ... where I live there are moose and yesterday I saw a moose crossing the road on my way home from work! The first moose I've seen in a while. Moose are very interesting animals ... they can kick in all directions ... they get REALLY BIG ... and they are extremely protective of their young. I like on 20 acres in the middle of a forest basically in North Idaho ... therefore lots of creatures. I like your interpretations though of me putting my self first ... LOL!!!

MomofTwoGirls ... your exercise calendar automatically figures your baseline calories based on your current weight. At least I think that is how it works!!!

yes ... I think you are right about baseline calories on diet calendar Momof2!!! Cindy: After many years of insisting I only liked coffee black and did not like iced coffee I have crossed over!!! I am now in love with the flavored creamers. Now I still love my black coffee too but oh my ... they are sooo good!!! I blame Mexico on my iced coffee crossover. There is a Starbucks in PV we often go to to cool off (we hardly ever go to Starbucks here) ... well an iced coffee when you are HOT is sooo yummy. COFFEE ... COFFEE ... COFFEE!!!!! I'm with you!!
