Do I feel better? I don't know. Some days I feel fat, some days I feel skinny lol, its all perception. oh well, better luck next time I guess.

You lost a half pound, not what you were hoping for but it's still in the right direction and a good thing. Don't let a number on the scale get you down. You've been doing great, keep up the positive attitude, keep working hard. Persistence will pay off. :)

It's weird, sometimes the scale keeps up with us and sometimes it doesn't. You're doing awesome so the scale isn't an accurate measure of your success. Keep up the good work :)

Hey - sometimes just not gaining any back is a miracle.

I agree with Jmb3450, some progress is better than no progress or moving backward. Even if you don't lose ANY weight, at least you are holding steady & not GAINING, AND you are still making healthy choices which WILL make a difference in the long-term even if you don't see short-term results on the scale. Keep up the good work! :)

At least you're moving in the right direction, even if it isn't a huge loss. You know you're doing good things, so just keep it up. As a woman even if you were at your goal weight you'd probably still have days that you feel fat and days that you feel skinny, for some reason our brains just work that way. You are awesome, and don't forget it! :)

You are doing good. A loss is a loss, no matter how small it may seem to you at the moment. Just be glad it isn't going up!!
