Well, I knew those margaritas would get me on the scale with all of the sugar in them. Oh well, time to start over and try to stay focused. I leave for vacation on Sunday and won't be back until Wednesday night. I will try to make good choices at the places we eat and try to drink water instead of diet drinks. My center changed its name on the 13th to Pure weightloss and we will be receiving new expanded dining out guides and a Glyxemic index control guide along with a free membership online.

174.2 lb Lost so far: 13.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
