YEAH! It's carb nite :)
226.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 86.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Thanks! Enjoying the things I miss one day a week seems to work great for me. Bring on the Mac and Cheese and Brownies!

So happy that this works for you. I am afraid that if I were to loosen my taste buds that all heck would break loose. Tell you what, while you are eating a brownie would you think of me and maybe I could enjoy the ooey, gooey chocolate vicariously:) Go for it and enjoy your evening.....
