Had a great circuit training workout yesterday. Added sit ups and walking minutes. I also drank 2 glasses of apple cider vinegar as I was feeling bloated. I guess I only ate lunch and dinner plus my yogurt as I wasn't hungry in between. It was a wonderful day, I felt empowered after my workout, because I really didn't want to go. It is a time thing with me. But I really have the time to do that.
I am going to take the dogs for a walk now and I am going to enjoy it.
