Hey, I'm here, just haven't been able to find the time to journal. I didn't gain weight in order to have more to lose during DFW' s challenge, but it seems to have worked out that way. Or weigh, ha ha.

I added BodyPump and CXWORX into my exercise schedule, and am building muscle. I also have had a really big appetite for sweets. Sigh.
137.2 lb Lost so far: 64.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When you think about it gaining would have been genius because I know you're going to kick butt in the challenge. I didn't do the same thing. Nope.. just happened to happen that way. lol

Why do they put Easter Candy on sale for 75% off?!!? They had to have the dark chocolate eggs still...history. Today, I'm doing better. I took yesterday off from working out - mainly because I hurt so much from all the working out I've been doing. The third time I go to BodyPump, I up my squat track weights to 15 pounds instead of 10. May not sound like much, but my right hamstring tightened up and screamed at me the next morning when I did butt work in Pilates. Cramp, ouch, stretched, kept going. So, I saw my physical therapist today. After she put me back together properly, she told me not to rush rebuilding the strength in my right leg. My knee replacement surgery was less that 5 months ago. She showed me some ways to work my hamstring that will loosen it up and prevent the over-the-top tightness. Then she told me I was awesome for building the muscles up and gaining strenghth. :) Crud, I have to go; time for a physical with my primary care doctor. Later...
