Spent the week recovering from a 6 lb gain over Easter so a loss is good. Small as it is I sure worked hard to get it. My wife and I are going to Washington DC this morning to see the cherry blossoms and they're right at peak. Should be good. Tomorrow all my kids are coming over to celebrate March/April birthdays...that will be fun too but other than a small piece of cake I don't intend to stray. At this point in my journey it's not worth wasting a week to recover from indulging a day.

208.4 lb Lost so far: 45.6 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The trip sounds wonderful. I moved to the Niagara region of Canada last fall and am looking forward to our blossom season as well. I think we should be in bloom in a few weeks. It will be my first time seeing all those flowers at once. I'm sure you will enjoy the beauty!!!
