Finally down another pound. I never really thought that 4 pound weight loss was accurate, but I counted it anyhow. But looks like I'm back on track with being down a pound. :-) Yeah, only 3 pounds to go until I'm at my first big goal!!!

What went well this week:
I love the hot yoga that I've started going to this week. People either love it or hate it. I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. I've been consistently exercising 2 times a day. I also like my new pilates class that I've just started taking.

I finally took control of my weekends and for that I am really, really happy. I planned in advance and didn't allow for any tom-foolery. So, the key is planning, planning, planning.

What I struggled with this week:
I really can't pinpoint anything that was a challenge this week. However, I'm using this week as a litmus test as to whether I need to decrease or increase my eating. I'm exercising a lot more and I really thought that I'd lose more weight this week, so if I lose 1 pound or less, I'm going to try increasing my intake. If that doesn't work then I'll decrease it the next week.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
