Well, after a week of trying to cosume as close to 3,600 calories a day as I can, I have gained .2 pounds. Not bad I guess. I hoping I shed a bunch of fat which may have offset any weight gain in muscle. I'm going to look into get a body fat assement as well as having body parts measured. This way I can more acurately track my progress. I suspect using weight as my only metric will not help me accurate assess my progress in trying to pack on some serious lean muscle. I'll check back with my measurements.
173.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 3.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
