Well this week didn't go too terrible. I gained a pound but I'm okay with that considering I went harder on my weight training than I did last week. I got in some good workouts and hit up the abs to get them right for the winter season ;-)

Goals for Next Week:

- Workout at least 5 days
- Continue hitting the abs
- Fiber Fiber Fiber
- Water....lots of it
- Lose 2lbs.
- SMILE ;-)
208.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
