Looks worse than it is. It's a different time of day for weigh-in. I don't like the look of it, but my life has changed and it's necessary to change it. It should level out for that time of day.

190.4 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
