I seem to be following my diet relatively well....but still no movement in my numbers?

Very frustrating...considering taking diet supplements to kickstart my metabolism!!! Don't want to....but tempted!!!
176.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
