Not sure what that weight is from. The week away was good visiting my parents. Dad got sick Friday and I spent the night at his place making sure he was okay. By morning he was fine, so I piled into my truck and headed home. Got in at midnight. Woke up at 4AM Sunday morning sick as a dog.

I ate well in Vernon, but I certainly wasn't 1700 calories a day over maintenance. Oh well. Back on the horse.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1902 kcal Fat: 101.30g | Prot: 153.93g | Carb: 88.00g.   Breakfast: Fried Egg, LeanFit Whey Protein Shake - Vanilla, Espresso Coffee, Unsalted Butter Stick, Oranges. Lunch: Ground Beef (Cooked). Dinner: British Columbia spartan apple, Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian with Parmesan Dressing and Marinade, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables. Snacks/Other: Butter, Noodles, Chicken Breast. more...

Thanks Izzy. I'm weak, but feeling better. Did some light lifting and am worn out. Food and then a nap. :)

Just a change in diet from what we're used to can cause a gain, mostly water. Hope you feel better soon.
