Yesterday my sister and I hit the gym hard to make up for Saturday's indulgence. I'm just surprised I lost as much as I did. Good way to start the week. And nice momentum for the home stretch, just a few more pounds to go before hitting my goal weight.
153.2 lb Lost so far: 126.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
