Most people are excited for the weekend. Me not so much. In the past the weekends I destroyed whatever progress I made during the week. On top of that I have Beta Thal and I woke up feeling like my blood levels are low. So I caller off work and hopefully I won't have to go in for a blood transfusion. For me this is the real test, that no matter what I stick to not snacking and eating things I shouldn't. I will weigh in on Monday morning with how the weekend went.
