New month. Woke at 198.6, walked four miles at work, and came home at 199.0. Sister Judy is visiting so did not do a workout tonight. Had a HUGE dinner and snacks and went totally off the reservation. Tomorrow will not be much better as we are going out to a Brazilian steak house. Friday, I take my admin staff out for lunch and then we are doing the Kennedy Center at night. Saturday, it's a day in Annapolis, followed by a seafood dinner on the water on Saturday night. Easter Sunday it's actually time to regroup as Judy heads back to Ohio. So, it will be a challenging start to the month! But we know how to recover!

Enjoy your time with your loved ones. We are all pretty young but time is fleeting and life is fickle so we must love the ones we are with as much as we can.

Love Brasilian BBQ. I have never had it outside of Brasil though. Everytime ive been in Brasil i have to visit the steakhouse ....YUM! MEMORIES. I hope you enjoyed it.

I know what you mean about overeating ... I've done that almost the entire weekend! I am so tempted to weight but I am seeing how long I can resist the scale for now. I will weigh before I leave for my Disney vacation though!
