Good Morning!!

So I've had a couple of days back on track and I'm back to where I am more comfortable and hopefully ready to take it a bit lower now. I'm definitely feeling hunger again ... and enjoying what I do eat more ... much preferred over the mindless overeating.

Five things I am grateful for today ...

the sound of my hubby's breathing as he falls asleep each night
the ability to see things from another person's point of view
Lake Pend Oreille ... so beautiful this morning on the drive into work
being "almost" caught up at work
anticipation of our trip to Puerto Vallarta the end of this month

and so on we go my friends ... oh yea ... no snow this morning and while it is still in the forecast I am hopeful that we will have a little longer before the snow plows need to get back to work!! It is chilly but the sun is shining, the air is crisp, and it is still Fall!!

180.8 lb Lost so far: 78.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I'm jellous of your vacation - sounds so relaxing! I know I'm going to Disney in a few months, but thats not a RELAXING vacation at all. Your doing so great - keep it up!!!

Sounds as though you've got your head together just try and keep it that way. I know just what you mean about the breathing, mind you the snoring is not too good though! We've just had our first frost of the year and there is a definite nip in the air morning and evening but gloriously sunny days Mexico is getting closer.....

Love your list! Love you more! Grateful for your advice on my journal about establishing a comfortable range for weight fluctuation. My body says 140. I say 130. I have - indeed - been fighting like hell with my body to pull the number down. Sometimes that fighting attitude is NOT a good feeling. I WISH I could be more like you who works WITH your body - not against it! Much love!

Poet ... I have my moments ... trust me. I'm the only me I've got so I'm trying to be kind to "me" ... it really is that simple. I've beat up on myself for far too many years ... you'll find your zone ... I just know you will!!! Much love comin' right back at you!!
