Ok, I have been messing up this weight loss thing for too long. At first, I started with a diet but would fall to temptation again and again. Then I joined a gym two months ago, and I have to admit I did lose some weight, about 5lbs to be exact, but it has been an on and off situation and a slower progress than I expected. Mostly its because I am forgetful to keep track of what I eat and how much I exercise. I am currently on my summer vacation and I'll be going back to school soon in September and I don't want to gain weight again. This time is mine and I will not quit until I slim down to ATLEAST 115lb! So here's to a good and hopefully stress free weight loss!
