I was ready for a good loss. 2 pounds is great. I will be ready for golf when it starts April 8th. I have to keep it going. The sacrifice is worth it. I craved something sweet all day Sunday, fortunately I didn't have anything on hand that would fit the bill. Weighing this morning was a reward!
167.0 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
