Urgh. freaking girl scout cookies. The weekend I have to visit my parents I ruin my diet. Also I am starting to realize I need to get my weekends under control. It seems 5 4-5 days eating pretty clean is not going to cut it. I notice I am getting stronger from classes. But I am not losing the fat. I need to track 7 days a week. Not only 4 days.
153.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 March 2015:
2393 kcal Activities & Exercise: FitBit Tracker - 24 hours. more...
gaining 1.3 lb a week

We all have bad days - tracking everyday helps me keep accountable - even if I eat off my plan, I still log. Focus on what is going well - you are eating pretty well and exercising - big improvement!

Yes, don't feel bad. We all love food, especially tasty food. I need to get back on my A-game too!

Ill keep trying.. I had homemade chicken soup frozen in the fridge. I brought the whole tub to work for the week. I hope I can start meal planning in bulk so I don't have to cook too much over the week

I'm still learning this because I tend to beat myself up when I have bad days....were all gonna have good and bad days but u just have to keep trying and restarting :) everyday is a new day

Thank you. I am trying not to beat myself up. I literally gave up this weekend. It started with Friday night. I didn't realize it was lent. We were trying to eat sushi. Every sushi place had an hour and a half wait. We ended up eating at 9 pm at a burger join. I went all out with fries, burger and shake. =( It set me up for a long bad eating weekend! I need to somehow figure out how to eat healthy on stressful nights when I am so close to giving up

Weekends are tough indeed, I tend to eat out of boredom on weekends if I am not busy

Thin mints have always been my favorite but my daughter said the new lemon ones are like crack.

My sympathies. Between 1999 and 2005, I was a GS leader and Cookie Mom. Any given year, I had hundreds, even thousands of boxes of cookies at my house. Girl Scouts plan on those cookies being addictive. It took years, but I finally convinced my brain and my mouths that those cookies were illicit drugs and damaging to my health. I am no longer tempted.

I'm struggling with the same thing. I have great control during the week and the weekend comes and it is like everything I do revolves around food. Don't really know what to do other than meal plan and try to pot lucks with friends that are also okay with being really healthy.

@Moons Mom - That is how I would typically look at girl scout cookies. As poison or a bad drug. But my will power was already weekends from the stress of Friday night. Also I had a rough morning which kept me from working out on Saturday. This led to the girlscout cookies=[ I even have a paleo recipe that is very similar to the samoa cookie just without the bad ingredients and the grain. Next time if I am craving one I will make my paleo version of it. @Ashley Clara- Meal planning will help a bunch with weekends. Also keeping busy. I find my self eating less when I am not sitting around my place the whole day. If I keep busy with family, cleaning, my dogs. I don't think of food as much...but then again when I see my family its all about food
