I'm having such a hard time with not drinking soda.. I try to keep it out of our home, but I also don't want to punish my skinny fiance with my diet. I now started buying grape soda which I hate, so lets see if this makes a difference.
153.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I struggled with that too. Maybe try diet soda? Like coke zero or something like that. That's my go to if I'm really craving it. I know it's not the best for you, but maybe it can help you get off the regular soda?

I find that by drinking sparkling flavored waters, it gives me the illusion that I'm drinking sodas -- it's bubbly. I only drink one 33.8fl oz and it's at the end of the day for me as a treat. Maybe that would help?

I am a Diet Coke nut so I feel your pain. When I decided to start this journey this week I had just bought a 24 pack. I am going to make it my last pack. When it is gone I will not buy more. I think the elimination of soda will help other areas of my life as well.

I have a hard time with soda, I know I shouldn't drink it because it's bad for me, but I can't seem to give it up. I do caffeine free, diet, but it's still not good for me, even that 1 a day. My hubby tells me that if I wouldn't buy it he wouldn't drink it, so I feel like I punish him by buying it. I'm going to try to not buy soda for a month and see if I still crave or want it. Good luck with the grape soda, I hope that works for you!!
