Today I made my goal weight! I think I want to lose another 5 pounds but not going to think about that today. Just going to celebrate making my goal weight today. Hope everyone is having a great day too.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 56.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Thanks to everyone. It does feel great and I feel so much better. Sailor you'll do fine as long as you follow Atkins correctly. It's a great program and certainly teaches you to eat right. I'm not worried at all about gaining it back since I am totally into the Atkins way of eating. Good luck to you Sailor. Hi Blurose. Ejcbelanger your doing great. I think I want to go to 145 too.
