Almost in the 150's. I've been doing The Biggest Loser Weightloss Yoga and I really like it! Have never done yoga before. This does not focus on meditation or any spiritual aspects, just yoga, which is what I wanted. It has the former contestants doing it and they are all sizes, not just skinny, perfectly toned people lol. Can customize it too. I can see my body toning up some which is saying a lot since I do have loose skin from weighing almost 100 pounds more than I do now at one point, and my age.... the skin will never be what it was, but do love to see a little toning going on! I have to credit this site for keeping me on this journey. I lost 60 pounds about 6 years ago and have kept it off, and continue to slowly lose here and there. If it wasn't for tracking my food.... that was the big Ah Ha moment for me and it's kept me on track for sure. I don't post a lot on here and don't tract my food as much (I have it down after years!) But do enjoy coming back here and snooping around and maybe tracking some food and exercise, oh, and logging a loss of weight of course. Keeping it off is certainly the hard part, but I focus on what I eat every single day and tally up the calories, will never be able to stop that, and that is okay.
161.6 lb Lost so far: 45.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's great news, Christie. I just hit 159..yay!! This is where I usually give up, but I'm determined to make it to 155. I hope you stick with it, too. :)

Good to hear from you ChhristyF! I remember when we connected when we both hit the 160's! I crept back up to the 170's, but I am working my way down! Keep up the momentum! Hope to see you in the 150's as well!

LindaLee it is a DVD. I got it on Amazon for under 10 dollars. Didn't want to spend a lot if I wouldn't use it :) The reviews on it were just what I was looking for, since I had never done yoga before. I didn't want any meditation or really hard poses I would not be able to do. It's a workout for sure, but the instructor is Bob from the Biggest Loser coaches and he is not annoying at all.
