231 phooey!!!I thought I was fianlly under 225 permanently!!! Drat!!!Football starts today, so it will be easy to avoid snacking and there sure will be lots of water weight loss!!!
231.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
