Asarver's Journal, 21 March 2015

So last week I didn't weigh in because there was no change. And we were driving to my parents house, and I wanted to run. I was just really busy last Saturday.

I do have some good news though. This week and last week I have managed to be active 5 days a week! I'm super excited. I also have my 5K time down to 31:33 with 2 weeks left to the race. I think I still have a shot at getting it under a half an hour, but we'll see. If I don't, I'm not gonna lie, I will be disappointed. But I have made good progress though.

I also cooked all week. I didn't eat very well yesterday (TWO mocha frapps and brownie brittle). Needless to say, these next weeks I'll have to be really careful because I don't want to ruin my running.

We started taking the dogs for a walk in the morning. That'll be good for them, and for me and my husband (if I can get him to go with me).

Other than that, no big news. I'll be on my last week of work next week, and then I'll need to start looking for another job. That's always exciting, so wish me luck with that. :)

I hope everyone is having a good weekend!

YOU sound great! So happy the scale dropped for you. Great PR on the running time. What kind of job will you look for this time?

Thanks! Not sure what kind of job, but I'm a programmer, so it'll be something to do with technology. :)

I do a dog walk first thing every morning. It's a great way to get some exercise and get some fresh air.
