Wow -- so happy about the recent drops. If I average 1600 calories and 70 carbs a day, I lose a couple of pounds a month. Cutting those numbers to 1450 calories and 40 carbs, however, I'm dropping a few pounds a week. So gratifying to finally be losing weight quickly after this long, grim haul!
194.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
