Wow. Another day with fluctuating weight. Today, I am at 98 kgs again, a whole kg heavier. I am not sure about fat percentage, haven't looked at that yet, but I know I did good on my food yesterday. I did as I'm supposed to do, so I'll assume it's fine.
On a positive note, I only fluctuated to 98. Last time it went to 99.5. If it behaves as I hope for tomorrow then I'm all happy. Main thing is that the weight in coming off, including ups and down.
Life is good!
216.1 lb Lost so far: 125.7 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
