This is day 13 of my renewed induction and I lost the weight I gained over the holidays. After day 14 (tomorrow) I am going to do another 14 days of induction. I have a few things that aren't really induction, like cottage cheese and low carb tortillas, but basically I aim to stay at 20-25 carbs and 1200-1500 calories.
170.0 lb Lost so far: 31.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Marvelous! I still have not tried baking the MIM muffin, but I am eating the 45 calorie per slice wheat bread. Delightful!
