Within 3 pounds of thw weight I married at 31 years ago...my wife says she found the weight I lost...feel good and I look forward to these last 3!!!
228.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
