Its my birthday and I didn't reach my goal after all but I'm still happy with myself. After several months of rapid loss I was bound to reach a point where things would slow down and here I am. 2 lbs to go to goal... I'll do it in August!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 23.5 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
