Plans for today:

B: omelet
L: Going out to lunch, I think I'll have brisket & salad
D: Going out to dinner, I think I'll have tandoori chicken & a viggie, if I can find a low carb one

30 minutes on treadmill, so far. I plan on doing another 30 minutes this afternoon.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 105.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Ugh, I didn't sleep well and I'm really tired, but I still need to get on the treadmill for the 2nd time. I have to get to 10,000 steps~ I might need to go at a slower rate. wish me luck ;)

Finito~ walked at normal level :) and passed the 10,000 goal. Now I can relax, guilt free :D
