No loss, no gain today. I played live with my band last night, and burn some extra calories doing that, but then again, had some pretty high calorie grill franks for dinner at the venue. Also, I have a feeling that the massive weight loss yesterday came from being retaining water to actually being low yesterday - considering my vacation life style these weeks I'd be in no way surprised. I do, however, NOT go over my RDI - vacation or not. I'm doing good and sticking to the plan as I should.
Life is good!
213.8 lb Lost so far: 127.9 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
