Fledgist's Journal, 29 July 2011

Down another half pound almost at the end of the month. My rate of loss has slowed down, but I'm continuing to lose reasonably steadily. I still have a long way to go, but, bit by bit I am getting there.

It's been a pretty tiring week. I've been attending a training seminar, which has been an interesting change in schedule. I've been learning quite a bit about bringing new techniques into the classroom.

Just two weeks left before the new semester starts, and a bit over three before classes start. This is crunch time and no mistake.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 132.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You have been doing so great. Slow rate of weight loss is much better for keeping it off long term. I'm really kind of afraid to see where I'm at and looking forward to concentrating more on my efforts. Eating out can be horrible with all those hidden calories. I hope you have a great weekend.
