i gained .2 pounds 2/10 of a pound to 171.8 from 171.6 yesterday i'm gonna cheat again and record my weight as 171 not 172 although i was always rounding to the nearest pound before now i'm cheating because i want to lose weight in my mind/ but thats where it stays because i'm tired of being really disciplined, measuring food, and having to go through the rigormoroll of counting calories again.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

i ate 2 medium bowls of vegan spaghetti, nuts, an orange, pommelo, 1/2 avocado and cleaned house for 3 hours and got hungry ate nuts. i'm proud of my self because even though i've been eating as much as i want i've managed to keep my weight within one pound of my all time low while eating as much as i want on a vegan diet. you can't get obese on a vegan diet i'm convinced if you are strictly vegan. i toned down my quantity of food consumed it was becoming boring eating as much as i want and was looking uglier as i gained a few pounds so decided to cut down on the nuts.

my vegan spagheti has onions, garlic, olives, salt, pepper, cabbage, bay leaves from the garden, rosemary from the garden,thyme, oregano, basil, fresh cilantro, cayenne, red pepper, carrots, paprika, celery, tomato sauce, whole tomatoes, fresh tomatoes, star anise, fresh marjoram from the garden, textured vegetable protein all boiled down for 3 hoursit so delicious one of my favorite vegan meals.

forgot to mention the mushrooms what is vegan spaghetti without the mushrooms?

Lol, I got fat eating vegan. Oreos and sour patch kids are vegan :( All joking aside, eating vegan is a great way to eat healthy and lose weight.
