Yikes, a week in an all included resort is a killer for good habits, low alcohol consumption and general exercise... Ok, I swam everyday, well soaked in a pool is closer to reality. I had water everyday, the ice in my drinks and I ate vegetables, right after a pizza slice and before my 2 deserts.
Well I knew it would look like that but now I'm rested and recharged so I'm coming back with a renewed will to do good and hit my objectives before summer comes in!
