Life has been pretty good since I've been out on my own. I went yesterday and weighed in at my doctor's and lets just say we are both pretty happy. I went to see Smokey Robinson last night at the Emerald Queen, it was lots of fun and Smokey was great! I do feel like although last month was not my most stellar months on diet and exercise I still tried very hard to stick to the plan and I do see that I will make my goal of being in onederland by the end of this month.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 141.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
