Need to stop doing cheat meals=(
153.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Can you find some thing that feels like a cheat meal? I have a caramel black tea that with sugar free syrup feels like a coffee house drink and gets me by my fruit/dessert cravings.

Starbucks lattes with sugar free syrup always feel like cheat meals...but I hate the idea of spending $5 for something I can make at home.. Lol plus I rather use organic coffee and cream. I think I can buy the sugar free syrup somewhere... I think that would help me tremendously with weening off cheat meals

Davinci and Toscani both make sugar free coffee syrups you can get on Amazon or from their websites. I have used both and they are pretty good. I am fairly certain Dunking Donuts uses the toscani from the taste.
