So bummed that my weight is still up higher than I want it to be this week...but I managed to push myself to workout anyway.

**TODAY'S WORKOUT**
-"30 Day Shred"
-Chair Dips: 26, 32, 19, 19, 32, 10
-Squats (25lb. weights/ea. side): 2 x 10

**TODAY'S MEALS**
128.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 7.0 lb a week
