Snow days with the boys was so much fun but hard to stay focused. Didn't make the the best choices. Might have to lower my RDI and make adjustments to the macros. Sigh.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 109.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Snow days are always fun with kids. Even if mine is 19 yrs old LOL. However we have not had enough snow (were I live) to even have a good snowball fight.

Hang in there. I’ve gained a ton & am determined to make a fresh start by logging my calories. In addition, I really do well when I stop eating after 7pm, so I’m working towards stopping eating at 7pm.

Thank you Meddo Goldenhart and alixromanov! We generally don't have much snow here but these two weeks have been fun with more snow than usual. Plus the ice rain we are getting today. Dangerously beautiful.

I've been making adjustments too. I guess we'll get this figured out someday! I've got faith in you Kattay. I know you can do it.

Thanks LittleRedFlatBack. When we figure it out, it changes. Body gets used to the change, and its back to trick it again to giving some lbs up. Work in progress!!

These snow days are killing me! Feeding my boys at home makes it hard not to graze from the fridge. Please let them go back to school soon!

I understand Museseeker! As much as I love being with the boys, it does wreck havoc on my best intentions when it comes to food. Going to miss them when I won't have them much when nice weather comes.

Thanks dreamcatcher10! I get to have the boys tomorrow! The schools are closed. Looks like apprx 4 inches of snow. Feels like a light sleet falling now. I'm am trying hard not to be frustrated with the weight issue. Still working on doing weights and walking consistently. Harder to lose these winter months. Of course, I am not giving up :)
