Yesterday, for the first time in the 13 weeks since my total knee replacement, I did both Pilates and Zumba in the same day. Not only that, but the Zumba was a Zumbathon with multiple instructors, each with a different style. I stayed for an hour, though it ran for two. It was totally awesome, but I was exhausted, and have Pilates again this morning.

I am pleased to see that the scale reflects my efforts. Well, that and the fact that something has been bugging my stomach for a couple weeks. Not enough to make me go to urgent care ( can't get in to see my doctor for 3 weeks ), just enough to curtail my appetite. I have to get going. bye for now.
133.5 lb Lost so far: 68.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
