Happy Friday! Down a tad...I'll take it! Starting to feel like I'm getting my focus back. Looking forward to my brothers wedding at the end of the month in Ohio, seeing family and old friends. Hmmm, maybe that's why I getting my focus back. I'd rather do it for me but, oh well, whatever it takes to provide incentive!

You have come so very far! What a journey you have taken! I think ANYTHING that can inspire us to take a hold of the demon & lose the fat is OK!!! Seeing family is one of those that are wonderful things to look forward to! Best to you!
