Weight is looking better. But this is when it gets tricky. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME I get excited about my weight going down, THAT's when I screw up. And even if I just "let go" a teensy tiny bit.....I find myself having to start back at square one the very next day. :( Gotta keep pushing myself. No time to celebrate just yet. Please help me stay motivated and keep pushing myself!

**TODAY'S WORKOUT**

"30 Day Shred" w/ wrist weights and 8lb. free weights

**TODAY'S FOOD**
BREAKFAST: Smoothie (frozen raspberries + frozen blueberries + frozen pineapples + aloe vera juice + guava juice + almond milk + water + honey)....I realize that's a lot of sugar, but I've been feeling sick to my stomach lately, and nothing tastes good to me. Trying to get my tastes buds working again.
LUNCH: Thick Cut Pork chop that husband brought back from work. Didn't eat it all because I started to feel sick again..
DINNER: Trout with spicy lemon hot chili dipping sauce


127.5 lb Lost so far: 32.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
